Alta Badia in winter

Explore the Dolomites by skiing and not only

Snow, sun and fun. Looks like a slogan of any ski resort, yet it’s the real spirit of Alta Badia. Here you can enjoy an impressive number of ski facilities: 53 ski lifts, 130 km of ski slopes, over 30 km of trails for Nordic skiing and a direct access to various ski tours across the immense area of Dolomiti Superski, which Alta Badia makes part of. Non-skiers can choose in San Cassiano among horse-drawn sleigh rides, sledding, trekking along well-prepared winter paths and snowshoeing through virgin mountain landscapes - a paradise for those who wish to get in touch with nature.

Alta Badia in summer

Marvellous landscapes and exciting itineraries

Nature plays in Alta Badia one the leading roles, especially in summer, when flowery meadows, lush forests and crystal clear lakes paint the landscape of the Dolomites with a bright colour palette.

Looking for adventures and emotions, just follow the trails that lead from Col dala Vara Farm across larch woods to the sanctuary of Santa Croce, to the impressive Fanes plateau (a part of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park) o towards Piz Sorega and Piz la Ila, which host the exciting Movimënt parks for family entertainment. Road cyclists and mountain bikers will find in the surroundings lots of spectacular trails that wind through the Dolomites. And in the evening the meeting point is the centre of San Cassiano animated with various events and festivals dedicated to the Ladin culture and gastronomy.
